I don't think there will be any more in the next 48 hours though - certainly not a proper fall of snow enough to sledge or ski in. In duelling terms, this is no more than a scratch.

Apparently, we are due for a fall tonight, tomorrow and Friday. But they say that rain is going to spoil it all anyway inbetween snow falls. I assume that London will be thrown into its usual catastrophic mess. One snowflake falling on London and the whole city stops.
Dusting was it? A very well glued down dusting then. It took quite a while to persuade that dusting to leave my car windows this morning.
The dusting has returned this evening. I wonder what we will wake to?
