Excuses, excuses...

Hi folks - I do apologise for the lack of blogging. The problem is that there is much to tell, but also far too much to do, and sometimes, just sometimes, blogging has to take second place.

I have a long rail journey on Friday, so I'll update then if not before. Till then, talk amongst yourselves, and perhaps try to care a little bit about the mid-term elections in the USA, whether people wear poppies or not, X-Factor blandness and how cold it is suddenly.

Wednesday Waves

Today is Wednesday, these are it's waves.

I looked out the window this morning and immediately realised I had to get out to see the sea. The trouble is that it never seems as impressive when I attempt to capture it with the camera. So, here is my best effort.

Perhaps, if you are near enough the east coast today you might take a look for yourself. It is inspiring.
