big issues

by Liz Marshall

Decorators have paint issues
With dribbles, drips and sploshes
They could just work with bare feet
Or maybe wear galoshes

There’s some of you have hand issues
They keep on getting dirty
They’ll shrink if you keep washing them
And make your feet all hurty.

In bogs beware of mud issues
It’s squelchy, wet and smelly
Take them off outside the house
Or better, wear your wellies

If you have some pant issues
And you walk out of the door
They’ll stay down round your ankles
Because shoes stay on the floor

feelings

by Liz Marshall

When a feeling's stuck in
You can just do a grin
Pretending that it doesn't matter.
But to turn things about,
You may help it come out
By having a really good natter.

broken mug

By Andy Curtis

Broekn Mug

The mug. It's broken.

Broken by me.

It bounced once, and was fine.

It gave me hope, but the second time

It smashed into many pieces...

- primarily three

But an abundance of shards

Smaller than a pea.

The mug. It's broken.

Broken by me.

Sorry.

bennifer fell

By Andy Curtis

Bennifer Fell

Bennifer Fell

First 10 meters
Scary screaming
Downward streaming
No point preening

Bennifer Fell

Next 10 meters
Onward lunging
Darkness plunging
All expunging

Bennifer fell

Last 10 meters
Hope diminished
Undistinguished
Bennifer's finished

by Andy Curtis

Leggy is shitty
Hurty and dicky
Horrid and scabby
And rubbish and crap

Thanks for asking.

Simple and lovely - know what I mean?
